    1. Role and worth of a cultural centre in the community: what is the commitment of a cultural centre to the community of where it is active? what does a cultural centre WANT to do, what CAN it do, what SHOULD it do?

    2. What architectural key features should be considered when building or renovating a cultural centre? We would like to continue with our current activities but we should have to move out in two years. 
What is the suitable building for a cultural centre like ours? That is: one big venue for concerts/conferences/meetings, a theatre/cinema, small rooms for meetings, a bar, lodgings for volunteers and offices.

    3. Tips and tricks to get the people involved.

    4. How can we relate to public institutions, establish cooperation and handle conflicts?

    5. Where can a cultural centre find private sources of income?
