 at Buenaventura

 12:00  lunch/reception

 14:00  guided tour through Buenaventura

 16:00  Opening of the meeting:

   * & presentation of participants

   * & Games a la Bogen

   * & introduction of the meeting 

 18:00  getting to know each other (working groups)

 20:00  TEH buffet (bring your own food) & light cultural programme in a nice, romantic candles-light place in the city centre (chiostro dei serviti).

 21:30 22:30 meeting of working groups

Friday 6th May (The Working Day)

 9:30 meeting at meeting point (sala banca popolare, tendone, sala consigliare) 

 10:00-13:00 Split in 4 working group, in 4 downtown rooms (500meters far away) 

 13:00   lunch (chiostro dei serviti?)

 14:30 - 16:30 working group

 16:30 - 17:00 Break

 17:00 - 19:30 to be decided

 20:00  food (at restaurant of own choice) 

 23:00 fiesta Buenaventura (TEH-dj competition)

 15:00-18:00 PUBLIC MEETING

  * speech on Italian cultural centres & networking

  * working groups presents their work
  
 18:00 buffet (closing of the public meeting)

 21:00 final discussion - Closing of the teh meeting
 
 22:00 common BBQ (grill) - small performance: where?

   * around the possible future location of the buenaventura
  
   * circus tend

   * Giardino del teatro accademico
