The task for the group leader (in your own way!)

 * Identify the group. Send an e-mail to everyone presenting what is expected from everyone, what will happen uptil the meeting etc

 * Ask every participant to present themselves and what their centre´s relation is to the topic. What is their experience? Have they recently renovated, built or are thinking of it? What are their experiences – fears/hopes/difficulties?

 * Out of the various answers, specify the questions for the group. Make a work plan for the day, realistic goals and objectives – what can really be achieved by the group during one day? Prepare for HOW to work and see to that everyone in the group is given room to give their point of view.

 * Consult with Birgitta or Francesco if you need help to gather information, run in to dead ends etc.
