This is the draft of the first invitation that will be sent to all centres.
This file will be sended as a PDF file (so everybody will be able to see and print it correctly), along with the [Confirmation Form] in RTF (like it was done in Lund, so people can fill it directly with their editor, and send it to Emma as an attachment).

Castelfranco Veneto, 25th January 2005
Dear Trans Europe Halles Member Centres,
Dear Friends,
It is a great pleasure to invite you to the 59th Trans Europe Halles Meeting which will be held from Thursday 5th - Sunday 8th May 2005 in Castelfranco Veneto, Italy.
Castelfranco Veneto is located in North-East Italy, 40 km far from Venice. It's a small town of 30.000 inhabitants and surrounded by medieval walls and towers.
Buenaventura is a small and young social-cultural centre, completely self-financed and managed by volunteers; it started five years ago and currently experiences a phase of transition. This meeting will help Buenaventura's decision-making process.
Due to our facilities the maximum amount of participants will be 100. Each centre can therefore send a maximum of three delegates.
How to get to Castelfranco Veneto
Detailed informations at http://www.buenaventura.it/tehmeeting
BY PLANE
The closest airports to Castelfranco Veneto are:
Treviso (also called Venice-Treviso), 24km, served by Ryanair
Venice, 53 km.
From these airports it is possible to reach Castelfranco Veneto's railway station by train and coach less than two hours.
Other airports are:
* Verona, 110 km.
* Bologna, 153 km.
* Bergamo (also called Milano-Bergamo), 203 km, served by Ryanair
Our advice is to try to reach Venice or Treviso, due to easier coach and train connections. Be aware that taxies are very expensive in Italy.

* Castelfranco Veneto can be reached by car through:
