A Rome based company is currently looking for able Italian to English translators. Applicants should be English mother-tongue or equivalent, with excellent writing skills and understanding of Italian. A third language is a definite plus: German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Czech, Polish, Greek, Turkish, Danish, Hungarian, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Romanian, Slovenian and Bulgarian. Translators who work into these languages alone and not into English may also apply. Subjects to be translated are economics, politics, European and Mediterranean affairs, market research, energy, technical subjects, etc. Work is to be carried out on the premises for Italian to English translations, others may work remotely depending on the individual project. Hours are flexible and are arranged on a monthly basis.
