PhD bursaries hispanic studies (Lavoro all'estero)

The Department of Modern Languages is currently offering two £5,000 bursaries to PhD students in Hispanic Studies.
The bursaries, funded by Santander Bank, are worth £5,000 a year over three years and will be awarded to two students beginning their PhDs in Hispanic Studies at the University of Exeter in October 2009.
In return for a bursary, successful students will be required to carry out 20 hours of teaching each semester.
Entry criteria
You should have near native competence in Spanish and hold a Masters degree with at least a Merit, or international equivalent, in a languages/ literature based subject. You must also be able to demonstrate an ability to teach and assess Spanish language (written and spoken) and culture to our undergraduate students.

If you have already applied for a PhD in Hispanic Studies at the University of Exeter and wish to apply for a bursary, please inform us in writing that you wish to be considered. There is no need to submit a new PhD application form.
