PhD bursary in Social Ethics
An opportunity for fully-funded full-time PhD research is available within the Social Ethics Research Group (SERG) at the University of Wales, Newport start date, February 2011. Key to the group's interests is the application of political, ethical and social philosophy to issues of pressing contemporary social concern. For this bursary, applications are invited from candidates interested in pursuing such research in any of these areas, singly or in combination:
- international migration
- citizenship acquisition
- national identity
Bursary value: £13,290 p.a. + tuition fees waiver (full time, 3 years; full waiver for EU students only)
