The participants in the project (volunteers, mentor, project leather) will gain new knowledge, will work in a team, and will have ability to show their own abilities and skills. They will have unique chance to get to know with a new culture and experience of successful practice of the partners. The project activities take place mainly in the association in two kinderkartens and 1 primary school.
- The project will enrich our team organization with new experience, ideas, influences, which are always welcome.
- The project realizations will raise competence of local authorities, and youth workers about European youth programs. Youths will be included in collecting and spreading information about their interests and needs.
- The partnership between sending and hosting organization will improve in the future new projects. Hope that new long-term partnership will be established and cooperation in new projects.
Tasks
-Putting into practice of creativity and knowledge in the field of arts: drawing, painting, shaping, decorating of glass and ceramics, sewing and cooking; -Music workshops with children and youths who have talents or interests in music, singing, learning dances, for example from any region and country where the volunteers come from; -Producing puppets for children theatre or other installations. The project offers opportunities to the volunteers to create and organise their own arts workshops.
Criteria
we are open to work with any partner; age of the volunteers should be between 20 and 30; welcome male and female; volunteers should be open, easy communicating, extrovertive, tallented in arts, music,dance, video or photography; they should have interest to work with children and to initiate art workshops for them.
