Contract Type: Full Time, Fixed Term (9 months, planned start date of 01 October 2017).
The School of Modern Languages and Cultures of the university of Durham seeks to appoint an outstanding candidate to a nine-month fixed term full-time Teaching Fellowship in Italian Studies. The appointment is tenable from 1 October 2017. The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher, able to contribute to modules in Italian Studies taken by undergraduates studying for the BA in Modern Languages and Cultures and the BA in Combined Honours in Arts, also including the supervision of undergraduate Final Year dissertations and carry out administrative duties. Applications from candidates with all-round expertise in Italian literature and culture, up to and including twentieth-century literature will be particularly welcome.
