We are looking for a good student to start a dctorate in ethics on the theme'Violence or Suffering' -
might suit students interested in aspects of violence or suffering
generally, or perhaps war, terrorism, torture, domestic violence, child
abuse, rape, sexual or emotional abuse, poverty, discrimination,
harassment.
It might also be suitable for a project on the relationships and
differences between different types of harm and suffering, with an emphasis on the point of view of the done-to or victim.
