Aachen Academy of European Languages in Ukraine Ltd.- a medium-sized private language school with German origin in Kyiv, Ukraine, is looking for a qualified native speaking teachers of Italian and non-qualified Interns.

Our school is sharing a beautiful classical building in the very historical heart of Kiev (just a couple of blocks away from the Presidents of Ukraine Office) with the Humanitarian Lyceum of the Kiev National Taras-Shevchenko-University.

Established in 2004 we are currently counting about 200 students per term and offering general and special task (mainly business) classes in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish and Czech.

What are we expecting:

teaching of Italian in groups and private, teaching to all age groups (starting with 5 y.o.), developing course programs, conducting information research concerning teaching material

Whom are we looking for:

Teachers

native speaking Teacher of Italian with a degree in pedagogies or linguistics, certificate in teaching Italian as foreign language, at least 5 years experience of qualified teaching. Knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian is desired, English is obligatory.

Junior Teacher

Italian native speaking students of pedagogies or linguistics, at least 360 hours of qualified teaching experience of Italian as a foreign language. Knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian is desired, English is obligatory.

What are we offering

Teacher

80 academic hours* per month- 1400 USD net
100 academic hours* per month - 1700 USD net
120 academic hours* per month - 2000 USD net

Junior Teacher

80 academic hours* per month- 1000 USD net
100 academic hours* per month - 1200 USD net
120 academic hours* per month - 1400 USD net

*- 1 academic hour equals 45 minutes

Classes which have not been worked will be carried over into the following months.

We offer additionally visa cost reimbursement, free in-house Russian course, free corporate excursion program, furnished room in the in-house shared apartment for 400 USD per month.

Starting date, contract duration: from 01.09.2008, least 3 months (Junior Teacher) or 6 months (Teacher). Probation period: 1 month.
