MULTILINGUAL SALES AGENTS - SPANISH or ITALIAN or GERMAN PLUS ENGLISH
Our client is an expanding travel organisation with an office based in the city centre of Manchester. They are currently seeking Multilingual Sales Agents to work as part of a large team servicing their varied customer base throughout Europe. Full training will be given to successful candidates who have fluent language skills combined with excellent sales and customer service experience gained in a call centre environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF MULTILINGUAL SALES AGENT
To handle inbound calls from customers using your designated language (Spanish/ Italian / German- plus English).
Make and amend reservations according to customers' requirements.
To provide excellent level of customer service at all times.
REQUIREMENTS OF MULTILINGUAL SALES AGENT
Fluency in Spanish / Italian / French / German language PLUS fluency in English language (written and spoken).
Previous sales and customer service experience gained in a call centre environment.
Fantastic telephone manner and ability to communicate well with customers and work well as part of a team.
Good level of Microsoft Word and Excel packages.
The role involves shift-work, so candidates must be flexible with working hours.
In return the client is offering a competitive salary package of £12,500 per annum plus commission structure with an OTE of up to £25k - £30k.
