How can you expect such qualified professionals to work for free in your school> Besides, if they have years of experience why should they do an internship>
I see you are recruiting specialists in all languages this way and you offer room and board. This is not fair and offensive towards professionals.

I' ve already been in India two years ago and I spent 6 months in Varanasi working as volunteer in an Ngo called Kiran where I managed an art workshop.
