Our client is an oversubscribed, 11-18 mixed comprehensive school located in Southend-on-Sea.

They are looking to hold interviews for a Modern Foreign Language Teacher for a permanent position to start September 2009.

NQT's are welcome to apply and for more experienced teachers there is the possibility of TLR points.

The school offers qualifications in French and Spanish and also Italian as an extra curricular activity. They are trying to teach Italian as part of the curriculum in the next year.

This is an exciting strong and successful department, determined to further enhance the quality of learning and levels of achievement of all students.

The Language department benefits from a comprehensive range of resources and is a very popular subject at KS5.

KS5 experience is welcome as are beginning teachers.
